Friday October 21, 2022

  • 2:00 – 4:00 PM – Convention check-in, Ballroom, Section A.
    • Please drop-off door prizes and basket auction items at the Fundraising Teams table.
  • 3:00 PM – Hotel check-in.
  • 4:00 – 7:30 PM – dinner (on your own).
  • 7:30 – 9:00 PM – Opening Session / Session I – Ballroom, Section A-C.
    • Call to order, welcome and program announcements – Bill Sparks, (1972), President.
    • Pledge Of Allegiance.
    • School Song: “We Love You ISB-VI”. Singing led by Dena Polston (1981).
    • Roll cal.
  • 8:00 PM – What’s happening at ISBVI presented by Superintendent James Durst
    • First call officer nominations (descending order)
  • 9:30 – 11:00 PM – Socialize, and trivia– Ballroom, Section A-C.

Saturday October 22, 2022

  • 7:00 – 11:00 AM – breakfast (on your own), Hotel restaurant… 
  • 9:15 – 10:30 AM – Session II – Ballroom, Section A-C.
    • Call to order, welcome and program announcements – Bill Sparks, President.
    • Pledge Of Allegiance
    • Prayer
    • Secretary’s and Treasurer’s reports will be provided at tables throughout the room in print and Braille. They will need to be read on your own before the vote for approval.
    • second call officer nominations descending order.
    • other convention business as time permits.
  • 10:30 – 11:30 AM – ISBASF Scholarship fund meeting – Ballroom, Section D.
  • 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM – buffet lunch – Ballroom, Section A-C.
    • followed by presentations:
  • 12:30 PM – Keynote Speaker: Mr. Michael Lauf honorary member
  • 2:00 – 3:30 PM – Voting – Ballroom, Section A-C.
  • 4:00 P.M – Announce election results (descending order). There will be a run-off if needed.
    • Committee reports: Eickoff; ISBASF; audit; constitution; fundraising; etc.
